The Med-Fit Premier Pro TENS & EMS Machine is a certified Class IIa medical device developed by chartered physiotherapists for reliable pain relief, muscle conditioning and recovery - at home or at the clinic. It's supplied to numerous NHS departments for one reason above all: Total Flexibility. 
With 31 pre-set programmes plus complete manual control, it adapts to virtually any treatment need. 

What "Fully Manually Adjustable" means: 

Most TENS machines lock you into fixed programmes. The Premier Pro doesn't. You can create, adjust and store your own custom programmes, with precise control over every key parameter: 

  • Frequency (Pulse rate): 2Hz - 120Hz, adjustable in 1Hz steps
  • Pulse Width: 50-300 microseconds, adjustable in 1 microsecond steps
  • Timer: 5-90 minutes in 5-minute steps, plus continuous mode
  • EMS control: Adjust pulse rate, pulse width, on time, off time and ramp time for full muscle stimulation control.

This means the exact settings your physiotherapist recommends or the settings that work best for your pain - can be dialed in precisely and saved, rather than settling for the nearest preset.

  • 11 TENS programmes: Targeted pain management with adjustable timer (0–90 minutes or continuous); frequency and pulse width can be set manually. Includes one fully manually adjustable programme.
  • 10 EMS programmes: True muscle stimulation with control over pulse rate, pulse width, ramp time, on and off time. Includes one fully manually adjustable programme.
  • 11 Massage, Re-education & toning programmes: Ideal for relaxation, recovery and gentle muscle re-training.

    Ideal for your first TENS treatment, for both acute, chronic and long term use. Suitable For Conditions: Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Lower Back Pain, Sciatica, Arthritic.

Programme 2

  • Sciatica Pain Relief
    Effective pain relief For irradiation of pain along the path of the sciatica nerve. Recommended treatment time 2+ hours or until pain alleviates.

Programme 3

  • Knee Pain
    This programme is ideal For treating knee injuries, both acute and chronic including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and joint pains.

Programme 5

  • Cervical (Neck) Pain
    Treating Cervical pain relief due to poor ergonomic work positions. 

Programme 6

  • Migraine/Headaches
    Reduced pulse width ideal for treating nerve rich areas.

  • Suitable Conditions: Tension Type Headache, Facial Pain, Neck Pain, Postherpetic Neuralgia.

Programme 7

  • Lower Back Pain
    Programme 7 is most effective for lower back pain and increased blood circulation. This programme alleviates the pain by stimulating muscles to release the body’s own morphine-like substances Recommended treatment time 90 minutes or until
    the pain subsides.

    This programme is ideal for arthritic pain as it can be used for
    long periods of time with little or no accommodation which ofers superior pain relief on most areas of the body.

      This programme is most suited for foot and ankle pain and increases circulation.

    • Joint Pain & Fracture Pain
